VOLUNTEERS: Would you like to be a volunteer?: Please see the Member/ Volunteer Application on the "Forms and FAQs" page. You can also stop by the Thrift Store (see page on this site) or Round Valley Veterinary Clinic (see page on this site) and sign up. We always need volunteers - especially in the following areas: Intake/Foster/Adoption; Thrift Store and Shelter
EQUINE RESCUE: Did you know that RVAR is an Equine Rescue registered with the AZ Dept of Agriculture? But to really function as one, we need volunteers and donors to help us set up the needed shelters, pay for feed and materials, care of horses, donkeys, and others.
SMOKING POLICY: RVAR is a smoke-free location, both the Thrift Store and the Shelter (inside and outside). We ask that if you volunteer, you refrain from smoking at either location. You are of course allowed to smoke inside your own vehicle and in the designated enclosure at the shelter. Remember that we have young people involved with us and are trying to set a positive example.
